As the saying goes, tasty wine is always made out of good spring water. In 1385, Zhujiacao Distillery in Ming Dynasty made liquor with this spring water. The liquor became well known across the country. Yet with the expansion of production scale, the spring was unable to meet the needs of mass production, so a pavilion was built to protect it.
